Callaghan and Elané have been my healthy-eating coaches since Dec 2020. It has been great to be able to share weight losses (or not on a few occasions) and to know there will be a friendly, more knowledgeable person who can reassure and motivate me on my journey. I have lost about 18kg in 6 months, but more importantly, I feel healthier! I must have been the most sceptical, cynical pre-diet person when I started but the healthy eating plan that I followed under Callaghan's guidance has led me to some major insights into my own body and what it needs.
So here goes:

1) more sleep is critical,
2) cutting the carbs has resulted in more stable moods
3) fewer swings in energy - and I was already an energy bunny before I started!
4) the arthritis in my hands has improved SIGNIFICANTLY
5) blood pressure down, cholesterol normal and lastly
6) my body shape has changed with a lot less tummy and butt.
