Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance!

* Start with 3-7 Days of Preparation (Getting yourself ready for weight loss mentally & prep your pantry
* Protein Days 3 (Your body will learn to burn fat instead of Carbs)
* Weight Loss days 28 (4 weeks to follow the Meal plans & Journalling)
* Weight Stabilisation (Metabolic Adjustment 14 days - Stabilize your body at the new weight)
* Either do another cycle or do maintenance phase
